The Z-axis is not working in Windows 8. When checking the game controller properties in Windows 8 it may seem that the Z Axis is not responding. This is a bug in the Windows 8 system. Go to the ‘settings’ tab and ‘Calibrate’ your game controller to see that the Z Axis is working properly. Solving problems Some buttons/controls are not working in games.
