• Do not transfer files and use a webcam at the same time.
• Try to connect bandwidth hungry devices, like webcams, directly to the computer.
• Follow the steps in the FAQ below this one.

• Connect the hub to the computer using the original cable. (no extension cables) 
• Do not connect the Hub to keyboards or monitors with built-in USB connections.
• Avoid connecting the Hub to the front side of the computer.
• Connect any device that causes problems directly to the computer.

• If the hub is working on another computer, consult with the manufacturer of your computer.

• Make sure you have connected the power adapter to the Hub. (if included)
• Try to connect power hungry devices, like webcams, directly to the computer.
• External harddisks often need their own power adapter. Make sure this is connected to the harddisk.
