Solving problems
Devices connected to the hub work slowly.
- Do not transfer files and use a webcam at the same time.

Try to connect bandwidth hungry devices, like webcams, directly to the computer.

Follow the steps in the FAQ below this one.
Devices connected to the Hub do not work.
- Connect the hub to the computer using the original cable. (no extension cables)

Do not connect the Hub to keyboards or monitors with built-in USB connections.

Avoid connecting the Hub to the front side of the computer.

Connect any device that causes problems directly to the computer.
"USB hub power exceeded" message is displayed.

Make sure you have connected the power adapter to the Hub. (if included)

Try to connect power hungry devices, like webcams, directly to the computer.

External harddisks often need their own power adapter. Make sure this is connected to the harddisk.
