Solving problems
The connector that plugs into my notebook gets warm.
It is normal that the connector gets a bit warm. If the connector gets very hot, follow these steps:

Make sure you have set the correct voltage as described in
the manual. (disconnect laptop first!)

Make sure you are using the correct connector with our
tip selector.

Press the connector firmly into the notebook.

With the C-tip (for HP and Asus), a clear click sound should be heard when connecting to notebook!
