Headset

• "Unrecognized USB device"
• "Device driver software was not successfully installed"
• "Can not find driver"

Please follow the installation trouble shooting guide.

• First make sure the microphone is not set to mute.  (see manual )
• If still not working, enable and test your microphone as explained in the microphone settings page.

• First make sure you have installed your headset according to the manual
• After that check your soundcard settings as explained in the sound settings guide
• If still not working, make sure your soundcard is installed properly. (check soundcard manual)

1. Replace the batteries.
2. If still not working, follow the steps in the trouble shooting guide.
