Solving problems
I have no internet connection.

If the ADSL indicator light is still flashing, go to the FAQ below this one.

Reset modem to factory default by pressing the "Reset” button on backside for 10~15 seconds.

Check connection of the network cable and try another network cable.

If still not working, contact your Internet Provider.
ADSL Indicator light keeps flashing.
The modem is not able to find the ADSL signal.

Check the phone line connection and try another phone cable.
-
Test with/without ADSL signal splitter.

If still not solved, contact your Internet Provider.
