1. Fill in this form to caculate the power (watt) required by your computer.
2. Compare this with the value indicated in the product page.

• 4 pins can be detached from the connector,  like indicated in the picture below.

Warning: always disconnect the power supply from the mains power socket, before opening the computer housing.

• Check if components like Video Card /Memory/Processor Fan are still in firmly place.
• Besides the 24 pin connector, also connect the 4 pin 12V connector to your mainboard. See picture.
• Make sure you turned on the power supply, using the power switch on the backside.
• If still not working, consult with the manufacturer of your computer.
