How do I install my product?
Follow the steps in the manual included with your product.
Alternatively, go to the
download manuals
section.
Where can I get software/drivers for my Trust product?
This product doesn't need any software/drivers to function.
Just connect and the product should work.
I get an error during installation.
To solve errors like:
"Unrecognized USB device"
"Device driver software was not successfully installed"
"Can not find driver"

Will this product work with my computer or laptop?
Check the
system requirements
for this.
Solving problems
Microphone sound volume is too low.
Increase microphone volume and enable boost as explained in the
microphone settings page
.
The microphone is not working.
First make sure the microphone is not set to mute. (see
manual
)
If still not working, enable and test your microphone as explained in the
microphone settings
page.
The headset produces no sound.
First make sure you have installed your headset according to
the manual
Set your headset as default like explained in the
sound settings guide
"Multiple Audio devices.."
If still not working, follow the steps in the FAQ below this one.
