How do I install my product?
Follow the steps in the manual included with your product.
Alternatively, go to the
download manuals
section.
Where can I get software/drivers for my Trust product?
This product doesn't need any software/drivers to function.
Just connect and the product should work.
Usage
Speaker produces a very low volume humming noise when turned on.
This is normal and no reason to worry. The humming sound is produced by the computer.
To reduce this noise, turn down the speaker volume knob and increase volume on your computer.

Solving problems
The speaker produces no sound.
First make sure you have connected and powered on your speaker according to
the manual
After that, check your soundcard settings as explained in the
sound settings guide
If still not working, make sure your soundcard is installed properly. (check soundcard manual)
Not all speakers produce sound.
First test your speaker configuration as described
here

"How do I test my speaker configuration"
If test works OK: you need to configure your playback program.
If test result is not ok, follow these steps:
Check connections of all satellite speakers
Check connection of speaker to soundcard (colors of connectors must match colors connectors PC-side)
Configure the soundcard for your type of speakerset (refer to soundcard manual)
Subwoofer is not working.
Make sure the subwoofer volume knob is open.
Check cable connections of subwoofer.
Check connection of speaker to soundcard (colors of connectors must match colors connectors PC-side)
