The team drives growth of our business by creating the right product selection, optimal product & brand content, planning promotional activities, driving traffic through online marketing campaigns and ensuring optimal product availability.

Within this team you will be responsible for managing our Amazon Advertising campaigns (search and display) EU wide. Your goal is to drive traffic and brand awareness for Trust at the Amazon platform. On top you will be responsible for identifying points of improvement for our brand and product content, in order to further increase traffic and our brand awareness.



  • Management and ownership of all campaigns EU wide in the Amazon Advertising console (sponsored ads, formerly known as Amazon Marketing Services), which includes:
    • Daily execution of paid search advertising at Amazon EU wide.
    • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting of sponsored ads at country level.
    • Analyse trends in consumer searches and convert this into action by adapting our advertising and content strategy.
  • Co-management of Amazon Advertising Display Campaigns at EU-level (formerly known as AMG).
  • Conduct various analyses & generate insights to feed our product content team in order to create better content.
  • Directly optimize brand content (e.g. brand stores) & product content (e.g. titles, bullet points, A+, images & video) within our Amazon catalogue in order to increase traffic and conversion.
  • Work closely with Trust’s marketing team to optimize our brand image and awareness.
  • Work closely with Trust’s Amazon sales management team define e.g. campaigns around new product launches and deal events (e.g. Prime Day or Black Friday), in order to further grow Trust’s sales at Amazon.
  • Stay up to date with latest digital trends and best practices in the online advertising industry.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in performance marketing / paid advertising.
  • Proven track record of delivering traffic & conversion increase.
  • Strong capability and understanding of e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with Amazon or another leading e-commerce platform is a preference.
  • Data driven mentality with the ability to change analyses into actions.
  • Good knowledge of English language is required.
  • Good knowledge of either German, French, Spanish or Italian is a preference.
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
