Trust is launching their new partner portal ‘Elevate’. Craig Hill, Head of B2B at Trust International B.V., tells us everything we need to know about this partner program and why businesses should all register.
What can you tell us about the growth of B2B at Trust?
For many years, Trust has been a familiar brand in retail stores, but recently has also been rapidly expanding into the B2B channel. With professional sales and marketing teams dedicated to B2B in each country – and channel exclusive products in place – Trust is strongly establishing itself with distributors, SMB resellers, and corporate VARs. This had led to significant growth in the past few years.
Why is Trust developing this B2B channel?
Trust is dedicated to offering fair and affordable digital accessories to everyone. We believe our products are perfectly aligned to help business users work safely and productively. By developing the B2B channel, we can place our products into their hands.
So, in short, what is Elevate?
Elevate is our new reseller-focused partner program that provides resellers with the right tools to profitably sell the Trust brand. We do this by offering financial benefits such as rebates or incentives based on set targets, and making it easier for resellers to request special pricing and to access the assets and tools they need to promote our products. All of this is available 24/7 on our Elevate portal.
What do you mean by ‘reseller-focused’?
Elevate is a dedicated B2B channel program designed to motivate all resellers, large and small (SMB and corporate VARs), to sell more Trust products. Our number one goal is to make working with Trust and achieving one’s business goals easy.
At Trust we’re dedicated to supporting partners at all levels and helping businesses grow. With our Elevate program we invest in our partnerships with attractive bonus programs and joint business plans.
All purchases, however, are still made through our authorized distribution partners.
What does this mean for resellers?
Resellers will have 24/7 access to our portal, which provides all of the assets and information they need to confidently sell Trust products to their customers.
This means resellers are no longer dependent on key account managers to get the assets they need. Instead, they can immediately download them – whenever, wherever, with no need to wait for a key account manager to see their email, find the right assets internally, then send them. This is an especially big plus for smaller SMB resellers.
The Elevate program includes exclusive benefits such as bonus programs, special promotions, and other rewards. Additionally, resellers will always be the first to hear about our latest products. Resellers can also easily request special bid pricing through our deal registration process. Our top partners, meanwhile, can feature in our partner locator. In all, there are a great deal of benefits for our reseller partners to enjoy.
Why introduce Elevate during the pandemic?
If there is one thing we have learned about the pandemic, it’s that hybrid working is here to stay.
