For the tilt function you need to unlock the mechanism under the seat pulling the handling towards the outside, when it's unlocked you activate the tilt function.
If a part is missing or broken, contact our support team via the contact option on the product page.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
