Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Connect the speaker to a USB-charger, which is connected to a wall power outlet.
- Charging the speaker will take approx. 3 hours.
- When the speaker has been fully charged, switch the speaker on by pressing the on/off button 1x.
- Start the pairing process by pressing the button (marked with the Bluetooth logo) 1x
- The LED on the speaker will flash blue when the speaker is in pairing mode.
- Go to the Bluetooth section on the device you are pairing to and select the TRUST ZOWY MAX to pair.
- The LED on the speaker will stay blue when the speaker has been successfully paired.
- The Zowy Max is ready for use.
You can pair two Zowy Max speakers.
You cannot pair the Zowy Max to a different type of speaker.
- Put the 2 speakers close together
- Press the button (marked with the Bluetooth logo) on the left speaker for 4 seconds
- The 2 speakers are linked together.
You switch the input mode by pressing the on/off button for 4 seconds (If you press it 1x, it will switch on/off instead).
You switch the speaker on/off by pressing the on/off button 1x (If you press it for 4 seconds, it will switch input mode instead).
To play music via SD-card, you have to switch to SD input mode. And use a fat32 formatted microSD card, with max. 32GB, with mp3 audio files.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. IPX7: Can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.
