How do I know when the battery is fully charged?

When the red LED (near the USB connection of the stick) goes OFF, the battery is charged. Charging depends on the load and condition of the battery. When using the product for the 1st time charging time could take up to 2 hours.

How can I activate the pairing mode?

Press and hold the button for 2 seconds.
The pairing mode LED below the ON/OFF/Photo button will start blinking blue.
The stick is now ready to connect.
When the connection is established the blue LED will be stop blinking and remain blue.

How do I switch the stick OFF?

Press and hold the button for 4 seconds. The LED will blink very fast for a short time and then switch OFF.

Solving problems

My computer can't find the Bluetooth device I am trying to connect to.

  • Make sure the device is set to "findable/pairing mode". Refer to the manual of that device to find out how.
  • Make sure the device is located close to your computer.
  • Connect like described in the manual of your bluetooth adapter.

Note: some devices like headsets and mice may stay findable for a short time, so connect to them quickly!

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.   • Exclusions of warranty:
    • Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
    • Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
    • Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
  • In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
