Convenient microphone

The GXT 313 has a foldable microphone, which can be used for chatting. So your fellow gamers will not miss a word you are saying during that crucial battle.

The included 3.5mm jack is ideal to connect the headset to your laptop, but in the box you’ll also find an adapter cable to connect the headset to your PC.

Comfortable design

The GXT 313 features soft over-ear pads, which ensure comfort during long gaming sessions. The headband can be adjusted to create the perfect fit. The GXT 313 has a flexible cable of 2m, which allows you to move around freely during a gaming session. The cable includes an inline remote with volume control and microphone mute.

How do I connect my gaming headset with microphone?

How do I install this headset?

  • Connect the headset to the audio connection of your device.
    Note: If your computer has two separate audio connections, use the included adapter.
  • Set the headset as the default device, for both input and output in the sound settings.
  • Optional: Connect the headset to the USB-port for power, to activate the lighting.
  • Use the buttons on the inline remote to adjust the volume, and to mute/unmute the microphone.
  • The headset is ready to use.

Solving problems


The microphone of my headset is not working

First make sure the headset is connected correctly to the computer.

  • Without the adapter; when your computer has a combined audio port.
  • With the adapter; if your computer has 2 separate audio ports.

Then switch the microphone on with the button on the in-line remote.

And make sure that both the headset and the microphone are selected as the default audio device (input and output) on the computer.


Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.


My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.   • Exclusions of warranty:
    • Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
    • Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
    • Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
  • In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
