- Fully charge the headset, this will take approx. 2 hours.
- Press the middle button on the headset for 5 seconds to start the pairing process. The light will flash red-blue.
- Go to the Bluetooth section on the phone and select the TRUST PAXO.
Note: for some phones it may be necessary to switch Bluetooth off and back on before starting to pair. - The headset is ready to use.
When the battery is down to 10% the headphones will give a low battery sound warning and show a red led.
The playtime as of that moment varies from 1 - 40 minutes, depending on the volume.

You switch off the headphones by pressing the middle button for at least 5 seconds.
The light will go red for a second and then switch off.
We advise to:
- Switch off the headset by holding the button for at least 5 seconds, then the light will flash red for a second, and the unit will switch off.
- After it has switched off, start the pairing process by holding the button for at least 10 seconds until the light will flash blue/red.
- Now pair the headset to one of your devices.
First always fully charge the headset, this will take approx. 2 hours. The light is red when charging, the light will switch off when the headset is fully charged.

Go to the Bluetooth section on the phone and select the TRUST PAXO. The light will become blue when the headset is paired to the phone.

If the issue persists, we advise to reset the headset (by switching the headset off, then pressing the button for at least 10 seconds) and restart the above procedure.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. As of iOS 11.2, when you are using a Bluetooth headphone and receive a phone call, the button that you use to pick-up the phone call, determines which device is used for the audio.
If you pick-up the phone call with the green button on the iPhone display, then all the audio will be handled by the iPhone microphone and speaker (and not with any connected Bluetooth device).
If you pick-up the phone call with the call pick-up button on the Bluetooth device (headphone or speaker), then all the audio will be handled by the Bluetooth device.
If the person that is calling you cannot hear you – or the other way around – it may be possible that you picked up the phone with one device and are talking via another.
Use the audio icon on the iPhone display during the phone call to change the audio device.
