Installation and configuration


How do I install this headphones?

To install the headphones:

  1. First fully charge the headphones. This will take at least 2 hours.
    The LED is red when charging and will switch off when the headphones has been fully charged.
  2. When the headphones have been fully charged, press the button on the headphones for at least 5-10 seconds to start the pairing process.
    The LED will flash blue during pairing, and will turn blue when the headphones is paired.
  3. Go to the Bluetooth section on your device and select the TRUST KODO to pair the headphones to the device.
  4. The headphones is ready to use.

Solving problems


What has changed in iOS 11.2 in how the iPhone handles incoming phone calls when using a Bluetooth headphone or speaker?

When you are using a Bluetooth headphone and receive a phone call, the button that you use to pick-up the phone call, determines which device is used for the audio.
 
If you pick-up the phone call with the green button on the iPhone display, then all the audio will be handled by the iPhone microphone and speaker (and not with any connected Bluetooth device).
 
If you pick-up the phone call with the call pick-up button on the bluetooth device (headphone or speaker), then all the audio will be handled by the Bluetooth device.
 
If the person that is calling you cannot hear you – or the other way around – it may be possible that you picked up the phone with one device and are talking via another.
 
Use the audio icon on the iPhone display during the phone call to change the audio device.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.


My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.   • Exclusions of warranty:
    • Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
    • Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
    • Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
  • In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
