The GXT 410 has a nylon braided cable of 2m which allows you to move around freely during gaming sessions without your wires tangling up. The cable includes an inline remote with volume control and microphone mute: you will be soundly in control.

Installation and configuration
How do I install this headset?
- Connect the headset to the audio connection of your device.
Note: If your computer has 2 separate audio connections, use the included adapter. - Set the headset as the default device, for both input and output in the sound/audio settings.
- Optional: Connect the headset to the USB-port for power, to activate the lighting.
- Use the inline remote to switch the microphone on, and to set the volume higher.
- The headset is ready to use.
Solving problems
The microphone is not working
Check that the microphone is not muted, via the top button on the inline remote.
Make sure that you have selected the headset as both the default Input and Output device in the Audio/Sound Settings of your device.
If your computer has 2 separate audio connections, use the included adapter.
Everything is setup correctly, but no sound.
Make sure that the volume of the headset is turned high with the lower button on the inline remote.
And that the microphone is not muted (top button on inline remote).
Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
