You will be responsible for the digital preparation, co-ordination, alignment, execution and tracking across the B2C and B2B digital channels in the UK & Ireland.

In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist UK and Ireland, you will be responsible for driving the consumer and reseller digital execution within the PC, Gaming, Mobile & Smart Home categories. You will have accountability for the market wide execution of the Trust brand on our partner websites, ensuring compliance to the brand guidelines and optimising our searchability.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the central marketing, category, and local sales team to execute the defined strategy per category for the Trust brand, across our customer base. You will lead the alignment of all online execution across the UK & Ireland, ensuring we meet the defined brand guidelines within our executed content online, whilst mirroring execution in store.

Within this role you will be expected to forge and accelerate relationships across external partners such as agencies, influencers and most importantly, our strategic customers.

This role reports to the Marketing Manager UK & Ireland.




  • Ownership of the UK & Ireland Digital execution across our focus partners within the B2C and B2B channels
  • Supporting the sales team in executing on the digital elements of the strategic customer 360 degree plans, aligned with the goals and ambitions of the UK & Ireland
  • Following the guidelines set by the central category and marketing teams, optimise the search results for the target audience by category across the market
  • Work with the centralised marketing teams and external agencies to audit and enhance all online/digital content across our key partners and communication/engagement channels
  • Find creative ways to track, measure and optimise our Online share across all strategic customers
  • Execute the ‘Gold/Silver/Bronze’ launch process, (with the support of the sales & marketing teams) of all new product introductions (NPIs) across the UK & Ireland with pre and post analysis of execution.
  • Develop an extensive counterpart contact network within each strategic customer
  • Maximise the Marketing (MDF) investments for all review programmes across the UK&I, optimising the Go-to-Market and delivering a clear ROI
  • Devise a clear ‘Digital Toolkit’ requirement by channel (B2C & B2B) and put in place the core fundamentals to deliver this, with support of the local & central Marketing organisation.
  • As the ‘Blueprint’ for the organisation, lead the way in process optimisation between HQ and local org. Ensuring multiple enhancement projects are supported and accelerated from the UK
  • Provide support to the Marketing Manager UK&I and local sales team in line with the marketing strategy deployed




  • 3+ years relevant digital marketing experience in a Consumer (B2C) environment within UK&I
  • A clear understanding of SEO, search analytics, social, CRM, digital KPI’s is a must
  • B2B marketing experience also a significant upside
  • Localised market, competitor and consumer/shopper knowledge
  • Proven ability to source, introduce and optimise digital tools enhance the Trust brand across our focus channels and customers
  • Execution focussed, end user and detail obsessed, confident and engaging
  • Completer - Finisher

  • Excellent digital, presentation and communication skills

  • The role is UK based and requires travel within the UK & Ireland
