Key Account Manager B2B - DACH


At Trust, we are expanding our B2B team across Europe.  You will become part of an enthusiastic and ambitious team and you will be given the opportunity to work closely with this fast growing sales channel.

In the role of Key Account Manager B2B in DACH you will be responsible for driving the growth of the PC and Mobile categories in the B2B channel.  You will have ownership of the B2B targets for the country and will provide the monthly and quarterly outlook for the channel.

The Key Account Manager B2B will account manage and identify the top (5-10) resellers in the country and will build long-term partnerships to add value to these Managed Accounts.  You will create annual business plans with each partner which lays out the steps for success, tracking and adjusting the plan throughout the year, with quarterly business reviews conducted as a minimum.  You will train, motivate and incentivise the Managed Resellers to jointly grow Trust’s B2B sales.

You will also be the primary liaison between the distributors and Trust to address the Small to Medium Business channel (SMB), which will include channel communications, distribution stocks, sales training, sales incentives, promotions and activities.

This role reports to the Head of Sales with a dotted line to the Head of B2B.



  • Ownership of the B2B DACH business plan and its execution.  The DACH plan will follow the overall EMEA B2B strategy, and form an important part of the EMEA plan
  • Work with B2B Marketing to define the promotions and communications to Managed Accounts and SMB, with a calendar planned out at least one quarter in advance
  • Direct Inside Sales on the products and promotions to focus on as part of the SMB communications
  • Champion the Partner Programme and drive widespread adoption
  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities that will enable the growth targets to be hit consistently
  • Successfully close corporate and government tenders from initial contact to sale, including pricing and stock availability
  • Maximise the investments made in the channel including discounts, Marketing Development Funds, catalogue contributions and rebates
  • Represent Trust at B2B events in the territory and provide input to the business on key trends, opportunities and risks
  • Initiate programs to achieve cross selling between our PC and Mobile categories, increase average selling prices and increase our in-house share of the categories within each reseller
  • Define the strategically important products (SIP) for B2B in the country and ensure the right focus is reflected within the Managed Accounts and SMB



  • 5+ years’ experience selling in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to significantly ramp up revenue, and a record of delivering sales and profit targets
  • Results driven, confident and engaging

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional at relationship building
  • Creative thinker, fast learner and self-motivated
  • Native speaking English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • The role is based in Austria, Germany or Switzerland requires travel within the region
