In the role of Key Account Manager Online sales , you will be responsible for several strategic Online accounts

You will be responsible for driving the profitable growth within the PC, Gaming and Mobile categories throughout the Online channel in Romania and other countries.

You will have accountability for the achievement of revenue and profit target and will provide the monthly and quarterly outlook for your managed accounts.


As an Key Account Manager Online sales, you will be tasked with building joint business plans (JBPs) with our key Online partners, driving mutually profitable growth. You will ensure alignment across the consumer channels and drive for incremental market share gains. Within this role, you will be expected to forge relationships on all levels within your key customers and execute quarterly business reviews, along with senior top to top meetings annually. This role reports to the Country Manager NEE-SEE & MEA




  • From Bucharest Romania you will be commercially responsible for various Strategic Online Customers and platforms in Romania and within Area of SEE .
  • Focus customers ( EMAG RO-EMAG BG-EMAG HU) and other strategic Online Platforms within the area.
  • You will contribute and optimize the Online sales within the E-commerce strategy by performing several E-commerce related tasks.
  • You will conduct market analysis and translate this into commercial opportunities for Trust in the categories Home & Office, Gaming, Mobile accessories.
  • You will support the onboarding of new marketplaces.
  • You will improve product detail pages through benchmarking and work with the content team to identify optimizations and local content needs.
  • You will manage your administration and budget.
  • You will be responsible for the promotion strategy aligned with the local strategy and coordination with the marketing coordinator.
  • You will align with various key-departments like Advertising, Supply Chain and Customer Support to maximize performance across the board.
  • The role requires traveling in Romania and when is necessary to other countries within the area and to have driving licence.
  • You will report direct to Country manager NEE-SEE & MEA




  • E-commerce expertise: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplaces is essential. The candidate must be familiar with platforms such as EMAG -ALZA-Amazon, eBay,, etc.
  • Comfortable with maintaining intensive internal contacts. Supply chain, IT, Marketing, etc. (Stakeholder management).
  • Analytical skills: The ability to interpret data and analyses to understand trends and suggest improvements in e-commerce performance.
  • Experienced in using Excel and passionate about building dashboards and reports. Terms such as Conversion, ROI, Traffic, SEO, SEA are no strangers to you.
  • A keen eye for the online customer journey.
  • Entrepreneurship, ownership, and results-oriented are qualities that fit you. You are also precise and punctual.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker, quick learner, and self-motivated.
  • Affinity with multiple languages , Romanian & English is must ,any other language like BG-GR-HU-EX YU  is a pré.
