Lead E-Commerce Content Specialist




You will be an important asset to the team, as you will be in charge of realizing a superior product and brand presentation at our key e-commerce partners in Europe, like Amazon. You will own the catalogue and drive continuous improvements on our product detail pages, resulting in optimal conversion and SEO rankings.


Apart from fluent distribution of pre-defined content, a pro-active contribution is expected in improving our content production in terms of conversion, searchability and adaptation to our key partner’s guidelines and best practices.

In this role you will report directly to the head of e-commerce, and work closely with the key account managers, advertising manager, content production team, category managers and local marketing team.

  • Evaluate and update Trust’s European product content strategy and guidelines for Amazon and other key e-commerce partners;
  • Coordinate e-commerce content needs and production with the marketing and R&D departments;
  • Conduct keyword analysis and implementation to improve the findability of Trust products at Amazon and other key e-commerce partners;
  • Define key KPIs to evaluate content performance and monitor them closely;
  • Provide data-based feedback and insights to the marketing team & KAMs;
  • Manage the product catalogue on Amazon EU wide;
  • Own and lead the Trust product detail page optimization on Amazon EU-wide to drive conversion;
  • Leading the localization of product detail pages;
  • Leading the upload of base content and A+ Premium on Amazon (marketing texts, images, videos).




  • Bachelor or master degree, preferably marketing oriented;
  • At least 3 years experience in digital marketing / e-commerce;
  • Proven experience with optimization of conversion and SEO ranking;
  • Data-driven mindset, with proven experience with data analytics;
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and a positive attitude;
  • Self-disciplined, independent and organized;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Good knowledge of either German, French, Spanish or Italian is a preference;
  • Affinity with PC - and gaming accessories is a preference.
