• First fully charge the speaker. This will take at least 4 hours.
• When the speaker is fully charged, press the button for 3 seconds to start the pairing process.
• Press the Bluetooth button on the remote.
• The speaker will make a beeping sound.
• Go to the Bluetooth section on your device, and select the TRUST BT to pair the device. 
• When the device is successfully paired, the speaker is ready for use.

Voeg zoveel mogelijk details toe zoals aankoopdatum en adresgegevens. Des te meer informatie u invult, des te sneller het team uw verzoek kan verwerken en des te eerder hoort u van ons team.

Controleer eerst de batterij. Als de batterij leeg begint te raken, neemt de werkafstand van de remote af en zal de speaker vaak niet meer consistent reageren. Probeer een nieuwe batterij en controleer of het probleem aanhoudt.

Als een nieuwe batterij het probleem niet oplost, neem dan contact op met ons ondersteuningsteam voor verder advies.

Trust heeft geen Service Centra aangezien onze defecte producten niet worden gerepareerd, maar direct door de winkelier worden omgeruild in de garantieperiode.

Wij hebben een 'return to retailer' garantie.
Dit betekent dat je, wanneer het product in garantie is, terug kan met product en aankoopbewijs naar de winkel/webshop en het product kan omruilen voor een nieuw exemplaar.
