Job profile

In the role of Customer Supply Chain Teamleader you will be responsible for managing the Customer Supply Chain department which is based at our headquarter in Dordrecht.

The Customer Supply Chain department is responsible for the on-time delivery of orders for all countries and customers. You will be working within the Supply Chain & Operations department and report into the Head of Operations & Supply Chain.

While staying close to our customers and internal stakeholders, we focus on operational excellence. This role will be a key asset in driving this operational excellence and together with the planning and logistics teams you will strive to achieve our KPI goals and the need of the customers.





Order-to-bill Management

  • Responsible for the ordering to bill process for all customers and countries and all the related processes
  • Create and analyze backorder reports
  • In charge of daily/weekly contact with customers regarding order management and/or slot management
  • Update and main product pricing and product life cycle management
  • Handle delivery and price disputes from customers


Internal and external collaboration

  • Collaborating with customers on operational topics and process improvements
  • Supporting the sales teams by providing them with clear and up to date info regarding order deliveries and or revenue outlook



  • Coaching and coordination of the Customer Supply Chain team, including holiday planning and absence
  • Stimulating team work and a sense of responsibility among employees
  • Responsible for employee development progress and performance reviews
  • Responsible for the quality of the work to be performed by the department
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the order to bill processes, including automation of order process, stock in consignment and VMI
  • Develop, track and continuously improve KPIs through close collaboration with the customer and sales teams
  • Report progress on regular basis


Qualifications and skills: 

  • (Minimum of) bachelor’s degree in a related field such as logistics or commercial
  • At least 5 years’ experience customer service with international B2B/retail customers, preferably in the consumer electronics or FCMG industry
  • At least 2 years' experience in a managerial role
  • Analytical mindset, able to analyze data and make clear recommendations based on these numbers
  • Hands on mentality, focused on getting the job done
  • You embrace continuous learning and process improvement
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (min. C1/C2) and English (min. B2)
  • Customer mindset and strong business acumen
  • Strong people management skills; leading by example
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and an ERP system (preferably Navision)
