Customer Support Agent – Spanish and French

Join us as a Customer Service Agent and provide outstanding customer service from within the heart of Trust’s headquarters in Dordrecht. Your role will support customers who have a question regarding a Trust product. You goal is to provide timely and meaningful support to customers. This may be per email, telephone or chat but with one goal. Happy Customers.

It’s a crucial role in Trust’s Customer Service team as part of our drive to be a fantastic customer-centric employer.



  • The first thing you will do in the morning is say hello to the rest of the team. This may be via Teams or perhaps face to face in the office. Whichever, it is advised to have coffee in hand and prepare for a full day ahead.
  • The next thing you will do is take a look at your ticket queue. Think carefully about what need to be answered first and prioritize.
  • For the remainder of the day you will be answering customer queries. You will be acting as an ambassador of Trust so you will need to be jolly and polite. You will empathize with customer needs and work with them to solve the problem. You will treat the customers with respect, resolve any conflicts and set appropriate expectations.
  • For around 15 minutes every couple of days you will be attending a team standup. Again coffee required. This is a chance to see your team face to face and have a quick chat. There is no agenda.
  • Every couple of weeks you will be attending a 1hr training with the rest of your team. This may be an external training, or internal. It may even be just an hour where we sit as a team and work on something that needs improving.
  • You will be working partly in the office and partly remote.



  • You are fluent in French and Spanish. If you are fluent in one and not the other then send us a hello anyway.
  • You are more than average in understanding and speaking English.
  • You have previous experience, or an interest to work, in customer service
  • You can work independently and keep focus on your own goals and those of the team.
  • You can effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • You love gadgets
  • You have finished a diploma and have a certificate to show it.
  • You are available part-time, minimal 3 days or full time, 5 days
