Because of its ergonomic design and its comfortable layout, the GXT 285 is perfectly suitable for long gaming sessions. Since the GXT 285 features 6 multimedia keys, you can easily control your music while you are into a game. The special game mode switch ensures that you will not return to your desktop accidentally when hitting the Windows key, since it disables the key during your gaming session.
3 custom profile keys
The GXT 285 allows you to create and store three different custom gaming profiles on the on-board memory, and switch between these profiles by a single click of a button. You are always ready to play different kind of games with different customized profiles. Just plug in your keyboard into any PC and play your favourite games without having to change settings first. In addition to this feature, you can also create up to 5 different macros for a series of keystrokes.

The GXT 285 Advanced Gaming Keyboard illuminates in 3 different colours (red,blue and purple) which are adjustable to your own preferences. And besides the colour also the intensity of the LED can be customized.

The driver doesn't function correctly
Doublecheck that you are using the correct driver for your article version: 20433 or 20433-02
We recommend:
- Delete the downloaded file or files
- To uninstall the installed file
- After all is removed and uninstalled, re-download the file from the downloads/software section.
Please note:
- Follow the user manual (available in the downloads/manuals section) to install the driver.
- Install the file only after it has been fully downloaded, otherwise you will receive an error.
- Make sure to install the file with administrator rights.
- Download the correct driver for your article version: 20433 or 20433-02
Where is the Mac-driver?
This particular product has been developed for use with the Windows operating systems only.
Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.

Can I change the functions of the multimedia keys?
No, these are fixed functions. They operate with the default program that is set on the computer for that function.

I get the wrong letters and/or symbols when typing on my computer.
If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected.
Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.
If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one.
Set the correct language as explained in the keyboard settings page
Windows key is not working.
Press the lock button to unlock the windows key.
The macro keys are not working.
Press the correct profile key to active the correct profile.
Sometimes letters are missing when typing.

Clean your keyboard from dust and crumbles.
The multimedia keys are not working.
- For best compatibility, use Windows Mediaplayer and Internet Explorer.
- Ensure that the Multimedia program you wish to control is selected as Default in the system properties.
- If still not working, uninstall any other programs/drivers related to keyboards.
Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
