B2B Marketing Specialist

At Trust, we are rapidly expanding our B2B team across Europe. You will become part of an enthusiastic and ambitious team and you will be given the opportunity to work closely with this fast growing sales channel. 

In the role of B2B Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the communications to the B2B channel across Western Europe.  You will create a framework for a database that targets small to medium sized resellers (SMB) which will be used by Inside Sales, and you will create monthly email communications to be sent out to the database, monitoring the traffic and activity.
This role is based in Dordrecht, Netherlands.

You will also have full ownership of the B2B partner program.  You will create a partner program for the resellers to provide sales enablement tools, marketing assets, incentives, sales training and deal registration, launching it to the channel and managing it on an on-going basis.

Working with the B2B sales people in each country will also be an important aspect to the role.  This will involve jointly building a promotional plan at least one quarter in advance, along with event planning and execution.

Engagement with the Inside Sales team will be necessary to ensure they can follow up the SMB email communications in a timely manner.

You will also work with the Head of Resell EMEA on pan European campaigns and activities.

This role reports to the Head of Resell EMEA.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch and manage a Partner Program for both managed account resellers and SMB resellers, finding creative ways to ensure resellers sign up to the program and monitoring its usage to ensure its continued relevance
  • Build the framework for a GDPR compliant reseller database for the SMB channel and use this database to send monthly email communications. You will monitor the email traffic and also delete any resellers as required under GDPR
  • Keep an updated promotional calendar allowing visibility to the countries so they can all see what is being promoted, when and where
  • Create an events calendar and keep this updated, ensuring that all actions required to successfully achieve each event are identified and completed
  • Provide support for events in the countries, including the space negotiation, stand design and build, and all content.  You may, from time to time, be required to assist in stand manning

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing programs
  • Enthusiastic, confident and engaging
  • A team player with a can do attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Creative thinker, fast learner and self-motivated
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of either German, French, Spanish or Italian is a preference
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • The role requires occasional travel within Western Europe
