The Trust Marketing Projects Coordinator is supporting the marketing team and the Head of Product and Marketing in executing the marketing strategy and planning. This function is responsible for the management of the marketing budget file, in line with the defined marketing budgets, and supports also different marketing processes like the planning and alignment of structural marketing team meetings. Finally, this function is also responsible for the project management of a number of marketing and cross-functional projects like the ESG annual report or CMS/Website updates. The function reports to the Head of Product and Marketing and works closely with all the members of the marketing department.
Job responsibilities:
Marketing Budget Management
- Responsible for keeping the marketing budget file up-to-date and works with finance team to review the marketing budget file and identify inconsistencies;
- Coordinates the process for marketing budget creation, and plans quarterly reviews with the brand managers and head of product & marketing;
- Coordinates and prepares the Marketing KPI review meeting with MT.
Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinates and plans the (bi)-weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing team meetings, Ensure the meetings are well prepared and manage an action log;
- Manages and coordinates a number of marketing and cross-functional projects where marketing is in the functional owner, like CMS updates or ESG annual report;
- Collaborate on event-related and other marketing projects with brand marketeers and local marketeers, and coordinate with the marketing content team briefings and schedule reviews of deliverables;
- Coordinates scheduling and preparations for customer visits to HQ as well as internal events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or business related education;
- 3-5 years’ experience in working in a marketing team, experience with planning and coordination activities comparable with those described in the function profile;
- Familiarity with budgeting processes, including proficiency in managing Excel spreadsheets and working with finance departments;
- The ideal candidate can work independently and is not afraid to take the lead when necessary;
- Excellent communication skills, confident and knows how to communicate with all layers of an organisation;
- Good organisation skills, used to work in a structural manner, able to manage many different simultaneous tasks;
- Fluent in English, able to speak Dutch and/or another European language is a pre.
