To install the mouse:
- Connect the mouse to the computer without using a hub or extension cable.
- The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver. This might take a few moments.
- When the mouse has been installed on the computer, you can download and install the software to configure the mouse.
- Go to the Downloads section of the product page.
- Choose your operation system and click the “Download” button to download the software to your computer.
- Click on the downloaded file and follow the installation wizard.
- Click on the “GXT160GAMINGMOUSE.EXE.exe” shortcut to start the software.
- You can now start to configure the mouse.
- Refer to the advanced manual (available on the product page as well) for more information.
Drivers are available in the downloads section.
It is not possible to completely turn off the lighting.
Via the software, you can adjust the lighting effects.
You can switch this off following these steps:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click on System and Security
3. Click on Schedule tasks
4. Delete the task Gx-GmTaskPlan
Follow the steps in the mouse settings page
If you don't see the MACRO button and other options in the software screen/Key Setting, you need to check the DPI scaling behavior of the computer:
- Right-click on the application shortcut
- Choose Properties in the drop-down menu
- Click on the tab 'Compatibility'
- Click on the text 'Change high DPI settings'
- Check the ‘Override’ box (Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:)
- Choose ‘System’ from the drop-down menu
- Click ‘OK’.
- Sign out of your PC.
- Login to your PC again.
- Open the software. The software is now fixed and shows the MACRO button options in the software screen/Key Setting.

Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.

Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
