The Digital manager will develop, lead and execute the digital marketing strategy for Trust global.

This role reports to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:

Digital strategy

  • Develop the digital strategy for Trust and implement and translate our brand strategy to the digital channels;
  • Make use of consumer insights to create innovative digital activities that drive consideration and conversion;
  • Establish clear KPI’s and metrics for all digital activities (campaigns, SEM, social & partnerships);
  • Be a strategic partner for Local Marketing teams, supporting them in developing local digital plans;
  • Ultimately responsible for Trust’s global social media channels and .com from content and asset development to measurement and evaluation;
  • Work with external agencies for execution of the global strategy;
  • Manage the social media coordinator and product owner online.

Digital campaigns & .com

  • Initiating and manage (digital) brand campaigns that are linked with our focus categories and products across all markets;
  • Take ownership of our digital campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting;
  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns: search, email, social media and programmatic display advertising together with the social media specialist, local marketeers and e-commerce team;
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assets against goals (ROI and KPIs);
  • Create the strategy for Trust.com together with the IT team and work closely with the product owner online to improve our website (incl. SEO);
  • Manage external advertising agencies.

Social media & Influencers

  • Develop the social media and influencer strategy together with the social media coordinator;
  • Lead the influencer recruitment strategy and develop strategic partnerships in alignment with our brand objectives;
  • Establish relevant KPIs and metrics to map the impact of Social media activities and continuously optimize our strategies based on learnings.
  • Lead our social agencies to ensure alignment of the global strategies on a local level.

Budget Management:

  • Manage digital marketing budget to plan and maximize return on investment. Look for new and creative ways to stretch our spending and deliver a high return on that investment;
  • Plan and manage allocation of marketing expenditures.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Digital marketing in the (electronics) market;
  • Proven track record in operating across multi teams and markets;
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse & remote teams demonstrating management and leadership skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Has strong communication skills, articulating thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken communication - English Mandatory;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
