In customer services at Trust we want to make sure we make our customers happy, even the ones who reach out to us perhaps a little disgruntled. Our aim is to put a smile one’s face, each and every day.
The customer services team is a small team supporting 6 languages for our worldwide customers. As well as attending to our customers personally, we are looking to offer self-service options to the customer such as access to extended user manuals, simple chatbot etc.
As the intern within our customer services, you will be quickly brought up to speed with our product range and customer service skills. Learning ‘on the job’ you will serving our customers within no time. Sounds daunting? No worries, the entire team will be supporting you. Within weeks you will be coercing with our packaging teams, product developers and R&D departments to gather information. In addition you will be helping your direct team with brainstorming and planning for ways to provide better and quicker help to the consumers.
For this position you will be responsible for the Italian speaking customers and will help out with the English speaking customers.

Responsibilities:
- Handling of all post-sales customer questions and concerns from the Italian market;
- Creating and writing extended user guides;
- Translating user guides from English to Italian;
- Providing your team with all your great ideas as to how to provide faster and better service to our customers;
- Writing simple workflows for a chatbot (no experience required).
Qualifications:
- You will be currently studying and are a keen student. The area and level of study is not important, providing you are eager to learn more about business processes and customer service;
- You dare to take on responsibility and know when to ask for help;
- Your ‘Italiano is perfetto’ both written and speaking;
- You have a good understanding of the English language and are confident in writing and speaking;
- You have a feeling for consumer electronics and want to learn more;
- You like cheese, clogs and tulips and so are therefore already living in the Netherlands or are willing to relocate for the entire internship at own costs.
