How do I install this mouse?

  1. Place a full battery in the mouse.
  2. Take the USB-receiver out of the battery compartment and connect this to the USB-port of the (running) computer.
  3. The computer recognizes the mouse and installs the built-in driver, this might take a few moments.
  4. After this, the mouse is ready to use.

I get an error during installation.

To solve errors like:
  • "Unrecognized USB device"
  • "Device driver software was not successfully installed"
  • "Can not find driver"

Kullanımı


How can I switch it off?

This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power.

There is no need to switch it off. 

When the product is not used or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power.

For storage or travelling we would suggest to remove the batteries to avoid leaking.

The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

  • Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
  • Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.


My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
