ESG Specialist

Your role:
As ESG Specialist, you’ll channel your passion into making Trust a more sustainable company. Since 2019, we’ve been actively working to reduce our carbon footprint and create more sustainable products (you can read all about our progress in our annual Impact Report here: trust.com/sustainability). Now, we’re looking for someone who can contribute to our strategy and goals and bring our ESG vision to life across the organisation.
As a member of the ESG team, you will work on a wide range of activities, including communication, reporting, certification and introducing and implementing company and product improvements.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of our annual Impact Report, together with all relevant departments
- Communicate internally and externally about our ESG efforts, and provide training
Lead sustainability certifications, such as EcoVadis, and initiate actions to align the company with certification requirements
Initiate and implement impact-reduction measures at both company and products level
Manage and perform life cycle assessments (LCAs) on our products, in cooperation with the ESG intern
Develop and perform reporting on ESG KPIs, in line with sustainability reporting frameworks
Manage and contribute to a wide variety of ESG-related projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a sustainability-related field such as Environmental Sciences
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with sustainability reporting standards such as CSRD and GRI is a plus
