Junior Marketing Manager - Dach Region
As Junior Marketing Manager – DACH, you will support the development and execution of marketing activities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Reporting to the EMEA Brand Manager GXTrust, and in close coordination with the Head of DACH, you’ll work cross-functionally with local sales teams, agencies, and EMEA marketing to ensure impactful campaigns and product launches in both B2C and B2B channels.
This is a hands-on role with ownership of regional marketing plans and execution, making it a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s ready to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing and executing the DACH marketing plan aligned with EMEA priorities;
- Coordinate closely with local sales teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals;
- Communicate plans effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Product Launches & Campaigns
- Support go-to-market planning for new product introductions (NPIs);
- Ensure product visibility online and in-store through coordinated marketing initiatives;
- Monitor and track campaign performance; provide post-launch analysis.
Channel & Trade Marketing
- Collaborate with account managers to develop 360° marketing plans per key customer;
- Oversee local execution of trade marketing, incl. performance marketing, in-store promotions and POS;
- Conduct store visits to ensure high-quality execution and merchandising.
Digital & Content Coordination
- Work with social media and influencer agencies to activate product campaigns;
- Ensure online listings are up to date and meet brand standards;
- Coordinate digital content syndication to support high quality presence.
Agency & Budget Management
- Liaise with external agencies (PR, influencers, media) to manage campaign delivery;
- Track agency performance and suggest improvements;
- Support budget tracking and ensure effective use of local marketing funds (MDF).
Events & Activations
- Assist in planning and executing events such as Gamescom and local trade shows;
- In alignment with Sales, prepare marketing material for B2B and B2C promotions.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of marketing experience in a consumer-facing environment (DACH region preferred)
- Experience in B2B marketing or channel marketing is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns or influencer marketing is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Willing to travel within the DACH region and working at least two days the week at the HQ in the Netherlands
