Your role:

 

As Product Manager, you’ll: 

 

Own and grow the portfolio
You'll hold the full product roadmap for the Home & Office range, keeping it sharp and aligned with company strategy and the way the market is moving. You'll track how the portfolio performs — reading the story told by sales data, return rates, and consumer feedback — and use those insights to make confident decisions about where to invest and where to pivot. A genuine curiosity about your market and a deep understanding of what your consumers really need will set you apart.

Bring new products to life
From identifying fresh opportunities and the right manufacturers to building compelling business cases for new launches and well-timed replacements, you'll lead new product development end to end. You'll translate consumer insight into tangible, detailed product concepts and specifications — the kind of clarity that turns a good idea into a great product. You'll work closely with our China-based sourcing team and collaborate daily with product and marketing colleagues at HQ.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Portfolio Management

  • Own the full product roadmap for the Home & Office range from concept to launch
  • Maintain and update the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and market trends
  • Monitor portfolio performance using sales data, return rates, and consumer feedback
  • Clear understanding on market and consumer insights

 

New Product Development

  • Develop proposals for new products and timely replacements with clear business cases
  • Identify new products and manufacturers
  • Create detailed product concepts that translate consumer insight into tangible specifications
  • Work closely with the China-based sourcing team 
  • Collaborate daily with the product and marketing teams at HQ (Dordrecht)

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as the central liaison for marketing, sales and Category management on all product-related matters
  • Manage expectations, timelines and priorities across cross-functional teams

 

Qualifications: 

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing or a related field 
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience
  • 1–3 years in product management, product marketing, or category managementexperience.
  • Background in consumer electronics or PC accessories strongly preferred
  • Experience with Asian manufacturers or supply chains

Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret technical product specifications
  • Proficiency in Excel / data tools for portfolio analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle and go-to-market processes

Soft skills

  • Structured and organised — comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Data-driven decision-maker who also trusts market intuition
  • Strong communicator and presenter 
  • Collaborative team player 
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through

Language

  • English: fluent (written and spoken) — non-negotiable
  • Dutch: professional proficiency — strong preference
