How do I install this mouse?

Where can I get drivers for my Trust product?
This product doesn't need any drivers to function.
Just connect and the product should work.
Kullanımı
I want to use multiple buttons at the same time. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible to press multiple buttons simultaneously.
Please note that this doesn't mean that all buttons can be pressed simultaneously, since this depends on the specific hardware of a mouse. Mice may have the hardware limitation that the thumb buttons can't be used together with left/right/mid click.
The blue light is flashing. What does this mean?
We would advise to check the batteries.
And, if not already set, change the mode to ECO mode to improve the battery life
How do I change the dpi (cursor speed) of the mouse?
By pressing the DPI-button you will change the DPI.
There is no visual indication for the DPI selection, other than that the pointer speed on the screen will be faster or slower, depending on the DPI that is selected.
Is it required to turn off the product to save power?
To make sure that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used (since some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off), we recommend to doublecheck the power management options of the USB-port, if switching the product on/off is not an option.
How can I change the button functions?
This mouse uses a generic driver of Windows, which doesn't provide a possibility to adjust button functions.
However, you can try with software which is available on internet to configure the buttons.

Please note that this solution is not official, as there is no Trust software available for programming the buttons, and therefore it is not supported, nor is proper functioning of the software guaranteed.

I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?
It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.
The mouse is not functioning
We would advise to reinstall the mouse:
- Make sure that the computer is up-to-date via windowsupdate.com
- Remove all errors from the Device Manager, esp in the mouse and USB sections
- Remove the USB-receiver
- Switch the mouse off with the button on the bottom
- Restart the computer
- Doublecheck that the battery is full. When in doubt, use a new battery.
- Switch the mouse on (to ECO) with the button on the bottom
- After the computer has fully restarted, connect the USB-receiver to the computer without using a hub or extension cable.
- The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver. This might take a few moments.
- The mouse is ready to use.
- If the error persists, test the mouse with fresh batteries on another USB-port and on another computer.
My mouse is installed correctly, but not functioning on my Windows 10 laptop.
First test if the issue only persists on the laptop, and not on a desktop computer.
If the issue persists only on the laptop, we would advise to check if the mouse receives (enough) power from the laptop to function by following the steps below. Check the functoning of the mouse between each step.
- Check the power saving option of the USB-port
Device Manger > USB > right-click on the device > Properties > uncheck: Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power - Check the hardware, mouse and wireless connections
- Connect the receiver to a different port. If possible, try the USB port at the back of the computer, since they typically have more power available.
- Replace the battery.
- Reestablish wireless connection by unplugging the receiver when the computer is on, then waiting for at least 10 seconds before plugging the receiver back in.
- Disable the fast startup option. This will initialize all drivers on startup, so the time needed to start the computer might be longer.
- Press the Windows key and X at them same time > Power Option.
- Click Choose what the power button does.
- Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
- Untick the box for Turn on fast startup (recommended) > Click Save changes to save and exit.
- Restart the computer.
The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.

Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

Improve wireless performance.
Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. Can I use this keyboard/mouse on PS4?
Although our keyboards and mice are designed for use with computers, they can be used on PS4. However please note, most PS4 games do not support a keyboard and mouse.
When using a (wired) keyboard or mouse with a PS4, make sure it connects well with the PS4. If the PS4 has a connection on the back, connect the keyboard/mouse to the USB-connection on the back of the PS4. Or alternatively use an extension cable or USB hub.
Can I use this keyboard/mouse on Xbox One?
You can use our mice and keyboards on the Xbox One.
Please note that Xbox One supports the use of mouse and keyboard in some games and apps, but it doesn’t work for every game or app. The game or app publisher must enable this feature for their content.
