- Place the batteries in the battery compartment on the bottom of the keyboard
- Switch the keyboard on with the on/off button on the bottom of the keyboard
- Press the fn + c key together to start the paring process. The led on the top right will flash blue.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and select Trust Bluetooth keyboard to pair.
Note: in some devices it may be necessary to switch Bluetooth off and back on before starting the pairing process - The keyboard is now paired to your device
Press the fn-key together with the key with the symbol of the lock (next to F12).
- First switch to your device by pressing the fn-key together with the key of your device: iOS, Android, Windows
- Then consult the multimedia key sheet for an overview of the available media keys for your device.
Note: the multimedia key sheet can also be downloaded as an addendum via the download/manuals section
This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. When the product is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power.
To make sure that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used (since some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off), we recommend to doublecheck the power management options of the USB-port, if switching the product on/off is not an option.
If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected.
Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.
If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one.

Check if Numlock has been activated. If Numlock is activated the keys in the 3 rows below the 7,8,9 and 0 keys function as a numeric keypad.
When you try to connect for the first time, Windows will display a code to be typed on the Trust keyboard.
If this does not work for some reason, Windows may not be able to generate a new code anymore.
What you can do to solve this, is to use a random code (for example, 0000) on your own keyboard and on the Trust keyboard too.
The first time you need to enter the code (0000) on your own keyboard (e.g. on your laptop) and then click 'Connect.'
Then repeat the same code (0000) on the Trust keyboard, followed by ENTER on the Trust keyboard.
The connection between your computer and keyboard should now be established.
Note: When you enter the code on the Trust keyboard, it must take place immediately (i.e. within a few seconds) after you have typed it on your own keyboard, otherwise Windows will not "get it" and the connection will not be made.

Clean your keyboard from dust and crumbles.

If you are using it with a TV, make sure that your TV and/or the app, supports all symbols and characters of the keyboard.
- Improve wireless performance.
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
