What will you do?
As an E-commerce Account manager, you will be part of our newly created International E-commerce team. Your role will be focused on driving sell-out and growing our revenue through strong customer relationships and commercial execution on pure online accounts. This is a hands-on and independent role where you will own your accounts and contribute directly to Trust’s growth in the online channel. As the department expands, you will also have the opportunity to grow into international responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing pure online customers in the Netherlands, including one of the top 3 largest online retailers in the country
- Be commercially responsible for several marketplace accounts, mainly focused on the Dutch market but with international opportunities.
- Actively onboard new pure online customers and platforms
- Forecast sales and manage pipeline accuracy
- Analyse sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize content (product pages) at our online customers
- Plan promotions and align with local strategy together with our E-commerce Marketeer
- Collaborate closely with local sales teams to align on pricing, stock and activation plans
Qualifications:
- You hold a commercial or business-related degree (Bachelor’s level or higher)
- You are analytically strong, commercially minded and socially confident
- You are proactive and comfortable owning your own responsibilities
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. (German is a plus)
- You are comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with ChannelEngine is a plus (but not required)
- Experience in sales, e-commerce or account management is preferred, but not mandatory
