Warranty conditions Trust

We, Trust International B.V., Laan van Barcelona 600, 3317 DD Dordrecht, the Netherlands, grant an extended warranty in accordance with the following terms and conditions. The law of the Netherlands shall apply. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence shall remain unaffected.
1. Definitions
- Customer(s): any natural person or legal entity, whether acting in the course of a business or profession (B2B) or as a Consumer (B2C).
- Consumer(s): any natural person acting for purposes that are wholly or outside that person’s trade, business, craft, or profession.
- Extended Warranty: the additional voluntary manufacturer’s warranty offered by Trust, which applies following the initial statutory warranty period applicable under local law.
- Covered Product(s): Trust-branded products, with the exception of:
- power banks;
- rechargeable batteries;
- UPS power products; and
- GXTrust products.
2. Statutory warranty Trust and GXTrust
All products are covered by a statutory warranty in accordance with the laws of the country of purchase.
This statutory warranty provides the Consumer with protection against defects or non-conformity of these products for the period prescribed by applicable national legislation.
In the event of a defect, the Consumer should return the product to the original place of purchase, together with valid proof of purchase.
3. Extended Warranty Covered Products
3.1 Scope and conditions
The Extended Warranty applies under the conditions set out below.
The Extended Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty offered to all Customers, irrespective of whether they act as Consumers (B2C) or in the course of a business or profession (B2B), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws where applicable.
- The Covered Product must have been purchased on or after 1 September 2024.
- To process returns or exchanges, the Customer should provide an invoice or purchase receipt.
- In case of a defect of the Covered Product within the Extended Warranty period, the Customer should contact Trust Customer Services via: https://support.trust.com
During the Extended Warranty period, Trust may, at its discretion:
- repair the Covered Product; or
- replace the Covered Product or defective parts with new spare parts; or
- if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible, offer an alternative Product with at least equivalent specifications.
Any repair, replacement or alternative product provided under the Extended Warranty does not extend the Extended Warranty period, nor does it cause the Extended Warranty period to recommence.
The Extended Warranty applies only if:
- the Product was sold within the territory of the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia or the United Kingdom; and
- the initialstatutory warranty period applicable under local law has passed; and
- no more than 5 years have passed since the date of purchase of the Covered Product.
3.2 Who to contact for warranty support by year and region*
This table shows which party handles warranty claims in practice and does not limit statutory rights under applicable law.

Any other country outside the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia or the UK is excluded from the Extended Warranty.
3.3 Making a warranty claim and procedure
To make a claim under the Extended Warranty, the Customer must contact Trust Customer Services via https://support.trust.com.
Trust may require the Customer to provide reasonable information or documentation to verify the warranty claim, including proof of purchase and, where necessary, return of the Covered Product for inspection. The Customer shall ensure that any product returned is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transport.
If the warranty claim is justified, Trust will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Covered Product or provide an alternative product. In such case, Trust will bear the reasonable costs of returning the Covered Product to Trust and of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the Customer.
If the warranty claim is found to be unjustified, the Customer shall bear the costs of transport and handling.
4. Exclusions from the Extended Warranty
The Extended Warranty does not apply if the defect results from, or is related to:
- opening or disassembling the Covered Product;
- accidents or disasters (including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft);
- physical damage or abuse;
- abnormal or improper use (misuse) or use contrary to the instructions for use;
- modification of the Covered Product;
- repair or attempted repair by unauthorised persons and/or use of non-original spare parts;
- normal wear and tear, provided there is no defect in material or workmanship;
- external factors (including power surges, lightning, etc.);
- negligence or lack of proper care;
- using the Covered Product for purposes other than its intended use;
- incompatibility with hardware or software not meeting the minimum system requirements as stated for the Covered Product;
- accessories, including batteries (supplied with the Covered Product but not sold as Trust products and therefore not covered by the warranty), and fuses;
- removal, alteration or illegibility of the item number, which renders the Extended Warranty void.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted under applicable law, and without prejudice to any mandatory Consumer rights, Trust shall in no event be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profit or any other commercial damage, arising from the use of its Covered Product.
6. Non-transferability
The Extended Warranty is provided only to the original purchaser of the Product and cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party.
This limitation does not affect any statutory warranty rights that may transfer with the Product under applicable consumer law.
