Your role: 

As an E-commerce Key Account Manager, you are responsible for driving growth with our pure online customers in Romania, with a strong focus on eMAG, one of the largest online retailers in the region. You oversee current accounts, strengthen partnerships, and turn business opportunities into real outcomes.

 

You are hands-on, take full ownership of your accounts, and directly contribute to the growth of Trust within the online channel. You are fully accountable for your e-commerce performance, while working in close alignment with the regional retail counterpart to ensure a consistent and complementary channel strategy.

 

You will have responsibility and are expected to make independent decisions within your accounts. At the same time, you collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams, as well as with the retail key account manager responsible for offline channels in Romania as one team.

 

In this role, you report directly (on a daily basis) to the International E-commerce Manager and have a functional reporting line to the Regional Sales Director SEE & MEA.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and grow existing pure online customers in Romania, including eMAG
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your accounts
  • Develop sales forecasts and manage pipeline and sell-out performance
  • Analyze sales, content, and marketing data to optimize performance
  • Optimize product content (product detail pages) across online platforms
  • Plan and align promotions and advertising campaigns together with your Marketeer and key account manager Retail/Distribution
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, promotions, and activation/marketing plans

 

Qualifications: 

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, account management, or commercial roles 
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field 
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical skills 
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and taking ownership of results 
  • Structured and data-driven way of working 
  • Fluent in Romanian and English 
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus
