Can I use more than 1 Bosi gamepad on my pc?
Yes, you can use multiple Bosi gamepads on 1 pc.
What is X-input or DirectInput?
X-input is the input standard for newer games for the Windows operating systems and is used by most of the latest games that support the use of a gamepad. If the game supports X-input, the gamepad is used in X-input mode.
DirectInput is an older input standard for gaming and is used by most older games that support the use of a gamepad.If the game supports Directinput, the gamepad is used in DirectInput mode.
For correct use the gamepad switch must be set according to the input that the game specifies: X-input or DirectInput mode.
Solving problems
The gamepad works with my Android device but does not work with my Windows computer.
On a Windows computer it is necessary to use the USB-receiver, also when using it in Bluetooth mode.
Therefore please check if the gamepad is in the correct mode. Perhaps the gamepad is still in Bluetooth mode.
Restart the computer, connect the USB-dongle and press the buttons Home+B for three seconds.
Check if the connection to the USB dongle has now been established.
The gamepad is connected, but doesn't function in my game.
First check that the game supports this type of game controller by checking the information of the game.
If the game supports this type of game controller, make sure the gamepad is set to the correct input (DirectInput or X-input).
When using multiple Bosi gamepads simultaneously, there are connection issues with the receiver.
1. The first time you connect, only plug in 1 USB-receiver and force the X-input pairing mode by pressing HOME + X for 3 seconds on one of the gamepads.
2. Unplug this USB-receiver and turn off the remote (press HOME for 3-5 seconds).
3. Now connect the other USB-receiver and gamepad by following step 1.
4. If you want the controller to reconnect while also ‘remembering’ the last device, just press HOME for 3-5 seconds (note: not HOME + X), the gamepad will automatically link to the latest dongle it is paired to.
The gamepad is not working via Bluetooth on my computer.
On a Windows computer it is necessary to use the USB-receiver, also when using it in Bluetooth mode.
Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
