How do I use the mute button?

1x: the microphone is activated and picks up sound
2x: the microphone is muted
1x again: the microphone is activated again and picks up sound

Solving problems

The microphone is connected, but there is no sound?

Check that the microphone is not muted, via the button on top of the microphone stand.
Make sure that you have selected the microphone as the default Sound Input device in the Settings of your device.
When using Windows 10, make sure that the microphone is allowed to be used by apps in the Microphone Privacy Settings.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
