Installation and configuration

Will this power supply provide enough power to my computer?

Solving problems

After installing the power supply, my computer does not start.

Warning: always disconnect the power supply from the mains power socket, before opening the computer housing.

  • Check if components like Video Card /Memory/Processor Fan are still in firmly place.
  • Besides the 24 pin connector, also connect the 4 pin 12V connector to your mainboard. See picture.
  • Make sure you turned on the power supply, using the power switch on the backside.
  • If still not working, consult with the manufacturer of your computer.

I get an error during installation.

To solve errors like:
  • "Unrecognized USB device"
  • "Device driver software was not successfully installed"
  • "Can not find driver"

Please follow the installation trouble shooting guide.

The 24 pin connector is too big for the connection on my motherboard.

Warning: always disconnect the Power Supply from the mains power socket, before opening the computer housing.
  • 4 pins can be detached from the connector,  like indicated in the picture below.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
