Installation and configuration

How do I install this device? There is no driver.

There is no driver needed for this device. 
Once the device is connected, Windows OS installs a built-in driver for it.

  • Make sure your system is up to date following the instructions from the website www.windowsupdate.com.
  • Unplug the device and restart the system.
  • When Windows has completely loaded, connect the device directly to the USB port without using a hub or an extension cable.
  • Check in the Device Manager if the product is correctly installed or if there is any error message reported.


How can I turn vibration on/off?

Vibration feedback can be switched on/off as follows:

  • Press “Select”+D-pad (up) for 1 second
  • All 3 LEDS will flash 3 seconds for confirmation

Solving problems

Vibration/force feedback is not working.

  • The game itself also needs to support vibration/force feedback. Refer to the manual or manufacturer of the game for this information.
  • You might need to enable vibration/force feedback in the game configuration.

Button pressure sensitivity is not working.

  • Pressure sensitivity only works on the Playstation.  Not on the PC.
  • The Playstation game itself also needs to support pressure sensitivity. Refer to the manual or manufacturer of the game for this information.
  • You might need to enable pressure sensitivity in the game configuration.

Some buttons/controls are not working in games.

  • Configure the buttons in your games settings / controls  menu.
  • For PC: Uninstall old software that is related to gaming controllers.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. Warranty conditions
