Usage


How do I change my mouse arrow/cursor speed?

  • Mouse arrow/cursor speed can be adjusted by clicking the DPI switch on the topside of the mouse.
  • Alternatively, follow the steps in the mouse settings page

Is it required to turn off the product to save power?

This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. When the product is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power.

To make sure that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used (since some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off), we recommend to doublecheck the power management options of the USB-port, if switching the product on/off is not an option.


How can I change the function of the media keys?

These keys use the default program that your operating system has set for these functions.
E.g. the Internet Browser key will open the default browser on your computer and the music player will open the default music player on your computer.

To change the default programs, you'll need to go to:

- Windows 10: System > Default apps

- Windows 7/8: Start > Programs > Default Programs

- Windows Vista: Start > Control Panel > Default Programs

- Windows XP: Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Set Program Access and Defaults


Solving problems


I get the wrong letters and/or symbols when typing on my computer.

If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected.
Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.
If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one.

One or two buttons are not working. What can I do?

This could be related to multiple issues, we advise to check the following:

- Check the keyboard for dust or foreign matter.
- Test the keyboard on another USB-port or another computer.
- If on Windows 10: Run the keyboard troubleshooter (settings > update & security > troubleshoot > find and fix other problems > keyboard).
- Update the keyboard's drivers via the Device Manager.
- Check for viruses, or recently downloaded software that could interfere with the keyboard driver.
- Uninstall Synaptics Pointing Device driver (Control Panel > Uninstall or change a program).
- Turn off Filter Keys (Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Make the keyboard easier to use > Filter Keys > Uncheck the Turn on Filter Keys option > Apply > OK).

- If you have a spare keyboard or a laptop keyboard, does the button function on that keyboard?

- If on Windows: open the Microsoft Keyboard Diagnostics program (hold down the “Win” key and press “R”, then type “mskey” and press “Enter”.) Press the key. Did it show up on the input-monitor? If it did, and your programs don’t respond to the key, it’s a problem with your computer. If it didn’t, then the keyboard has a defective key.


I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?

It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product.
This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.


Why does the battery drain fast?

Battery life depends on many variables including usage, quality of batteries and environmental factors (such as distance to receiver, nearby metallic objects, surface on which the product is used, etc. etc.).

This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. When the product is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power.

Make sure that when the battery is draining very fast, that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used.  Some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off. You can check this in the Power Management settings of the USB-port.


Sometimes letters are missing when typing.

  • Clean your keyboard from dust and crumbles.
  • If you are using it with a TV, make sure that your TV and/or the app, supports all symbols and characters of the keyboard.
  • Improve wireless performance.

The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

  • Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
  • Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.
  • Improve wireless performance.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.


My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.     • Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
    • Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
  • In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its product.
