Because of its distinctive LED lights this mouse fits perfectly in any game setting. The three colors of the mouse are set to a specific DPI setting, so when you switch DPI the mouse will change colors. This way you can see what kind of settings you are using in a glance.

Where can I get drivers for my Trust product?
This product doesn't need any drivers to function.
Just connect and the product should work.

Mouse arrow/cursor speed can be adjusted by clicking the DPI switch on the topside of the mouse.

How can I change the button functions?
This mouse uses a generic driver of Windows, which doesn't provide a possibility to adjust button functions.
However, you can try with software which is available on internet to configure the buttons.

Please note that this solution is not official, as there is no Trust software available for programming the buttons, and therefore it is not supported, nor is proper functioning of the software guaranteed.
Solving problems
The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.

Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.
Unable to install the mouse
Once the device is connected, Windows OS installs should install the built-in Windows-driver for it.
Steps:
- Uninstall all similar device drivers, previously installed on your computer.
- Make sure your system is up to date following the instructions from the website www.windowsupdate.com.
- Unplug the mouse and restart the system.
- When Windows has completely loaded, connect the mouse directly to the USB port without using a hub or an extension cable.
- Check in the Device Manager if the mouse is correctly installed or if there is any error message (visible by the yellow exclamation mark) reported.
- If the above steps don't help, connect the mouse to another USB port or to another computer available to verify if the problem persists.
I get an error during installation.

- Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.
- Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.
- *In EU, there is a statutory minimum warranty period of 2 years on every product we sell.
- In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
- During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
- Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
- Exclusions of warranty:
