Installation and configuration
How do I connect my gaming headset with microphone?
This instruction video applies to all our gaming headsets with 3.5mm jack connector type
How do I install this headset on my computer?
- Make sure the headset is connected correctly to the computer or console
- Without the adapter; when your computer has a combined audio port, or when using a console
- With the adapter; if your computer has 2 separate audio ports.
- Turn the volume level of the headset and the microphone up with the buttons on the headset.
- When using Windows 10 make sure the microphone is allowed to be used by applications in the Privacy Settings.
- Set both the headset as well as the microphone as the default audio device (input and output) on the computer or console via the Sound Settings.
Solving problems
The microphone is not working
Can you check the following items:
- The headset is connected to the correct audio connection(s) on your computer? Consult the manual for more information.
- There is no error message (visible by the yellow exclamation mark) reported in the Device Manager?
- The device is the default device for recording and playbacking / input and output?
Windows 7/8:- Right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select Playback devices > Select the correct device > Set Default > OK
- To activate the microphone: right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select Recording devices > select the correct device > Set Default > OK
Windows 10:- Right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select open Sound settings > Select the correct device in the Choose your ouput device option
- To activate the microphone: right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select open Sound settings > Select the correct device in the Choose your input device option
Mac:- Go to "System Preferences" > "Sound"
- Click the "Input" tab to access microphone settings.
- Click the microphone in the devices list to adjust the microphone settings.
If the above steps don't help, connect the headset to another computer, to check if the problem persists.
Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. - Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.

- During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
- Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
- Exclusions of warranty:
- Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
- Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
- Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
