How do I know when the battery is fully charged?

When the red LED on the holder of the stick is OFF, the battery is charged. You can now turn the product ON and start using it.

How does my selfie stick work?

First you must make sure that the battery is fully charged.
Turn the selfie stick ON.
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and put the selfie stick in pairing mode.
When it is paired, the light should go off and the device should be shown as "connected" in the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
Now, all you have to do is fit your phone in the stick and activate the camera app of your phone.
To make photos or videos, select either video or photo in your camera app and press the button on the handle.

How long is the selfie stick?

The stick can be extended up to 1 meter.

How do I turn the camera into a different angle without removing my phone?

This selfie stick has a telescopic design with 360° rotatable phone holder. By using the plastic screws you can change the angle.

How can I record a video with the stick on my Android phone?

Select the Record key instead of the Camera key in the Settings of your Android phone (step 9 of the manual). The video can be started and stopped by pressing the Shutter button on the stick.

How long does the battery last on a charge?

Battery life depends on the charge, intensity of use, and age and condition of the battery. On average a fully charged battery should last up to a maximum of 60 hours.

Solving problems

My computer can't find the Bluetooth device I am trying to connect to.

  • Make sure the device is set to "findable/pairing mode". Refer to the manual of that device to find out how.
  • Make sure the device is located close to your computer.
  • Connect like described in the manual of your bluetooth adapter.

Note: some devices like headsets and mice may stay findable for a short time, so connect to them quickly!

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. Is the stick compatible with my smartphone?

The stick is compatible with Android phones and with iOS phones with version iOS 4.0 until iOS 9.0.
