By creating macros via the software you can assign functions to a button that you can record with your keyboard.

Create a Macro (Store a sequence of keys in the software)
- Go to the ‘Advanced’ tab.
- Enter the name of the new macro.
- Enter the amount of times the macro should repeat (loop times).
- Create a new macro by clicking on ‘New’.

Record a Macro
- Click on ‘Start Recording’ and ‘OK’ in the pop-up screen to start recording the preferred keyboard sequence.
- Mouse actions can be added, by using the menu on the right.
- Click on ‘Stop Recording’ and ‘OK’ in the pop-up screen to stop recording.
- Click on ‘Save’ to save the macro.

Assign a Macro
- Click on the ‘Basic Settings’ tab.
- Click on the button witch you want to re-assign. Choose the ‘Macro Key’ function.
- Choose the macro from the list.
- Choose how the macro should be executed.
- Click on ‘OK’.
- Click on ‘Apply’. The mouse is being updated.

When the file doesn't completely download/install to your computer, we recommend:

• Delete the downloaded file or files
• To uninstall the installed file
• After all is removed and uninstalled, re-download the file from the website. 

Please note:

• Install the file only after it has been fully downloaded, otherwise you will receive an error.
• Alternatively use a different browser and/or a download manager to download the file.
• Make sure to install the file with administrator rights.
• Check that your virus software program is configured correctly for downloads.
• When more than 1 file is available, make sure to download the correct file for your article version and operating system version.

• Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad.
• Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

Make sure that when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights (right-click > run as administrator).

• Firewall is blocking the download.
  Adjust your firewall software to allow downloads.
• An antivirus/internet security software suite is blocking the download.
  If you have internet security software make sure it is configured to allow downloads.
• Your browser is blocking the download.
  It can help to clear the cache to be able to download again.
  It can also help to reset browser settings when clearing the cache doesn't work.
  Alternatively use a different browser to download the file.
• Network/ISP issues.
  It can be related to a problem with the connection to your Internet service.

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

This particular product has been developed for use with the Windows operating systems only.

Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.
