Installation and configuration

Where can I get drivers for my Trust product?

Drivers are available in the downloads section.

Where is the Mac-driver?

This particular product has been developed for use with the Windows operating systems only.

Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.

How do I install this tablet?

To properly install the tablet, please follow these steps:


  • Remove all drivers for this device and all similar devices previously installed on your computer.
  • Be sure that your system is up to date (www.windowsupdate.com).
  • Unplug the tablet and restart your system.
  • Download and install the latest drivers from the website
  • Connect the tablet directly to a properly working USB port without using a hub or an extension cable.
  • Windows should automatically recognize the device.
  • When the driver is properly installed the tablet icon will appear in the taskbar.
  • Check in Device Manager* if the tablet is correctly installed without any remarks.

*To find Device Manager refer to the Microsoft Windows Help Function.


When I use the software, it doesn't run (properly)

Make sure that when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights (right-click > run as administrator).

How do I use my tablet in drawing programs?

Follow the steps as described in our Tablet application Guide.

How can I use my tablet on a dual monitor setup?

First setup proper dual screen mode in your operating system.
If this doesn't function, install the latest driver from the Trust website, if available.

How to enable pen pressure/tilt in my drawing program?

  • In most drawing programs pen pressure/tilt is enabled after installing the driver.
  • If pen pressure is still not working, consult the documentation of the application.

Solving problems

The downloadable file (e.g. the driver) will not completely download to my computer. What can I do?

When the file doesn't completely download/install to your computer, we recommend:

  • Delete the downloaded file or files
  • To uninstall the installed file
  • After all is removed and uninstalled, re-download the file from the website. 

Please note:

  • Install the file only after it has been fully downloaded, otherwise you will receive an error.
  • Alternatively use a different browser and/or a download manager to download the file.
  • Make sure to install the file with administrator rights.
  • Check that your virus software program is configured correctly for downloads.
  • When more than 1 file is available, make sure to download the correct file for your article version and operating system version.

My pen does not work properly.

  • First replace the battery.
  • Make sure devices like speakers or monitors are at least 0,5 meter away.
  • Make sure your mouse is not moving/active.
  • Update to the latest driver.
  • Replace the tip as described in the manual.
  • If still not working, request a replacement pen on our spare parts request page.

Is pen tilt detection/sensitivity supported?

No, this is not supported.

I need a new or extra pen/pen tip. How can I request this?

If you need a new or extra pen/pen tip, contact our support team via the support/sparepart option on the product page. Include as many details as possible such as purchase date and address details. As the more info you fill in, the quicker the team will be able to process your request and the sooner you’ll hear from our team.

The file on the website won't download (completely)

Possibe causes blocking the download:
  • Firewall is blocking the download.
    Adjust your firewall software to allow downloads.
  • An antivirus/internet security software suite is blocking the download.
    If you have internet security software make sure it is configured to allow downloads.
  • Your browser is blocking the download.
    It can help to clear the cache to be able to download again.
    It can also help to reset browser settings when clearing the cache doesn't work.
    Alternatively use a different browser to download the file.
  • Network/ISP issues.
    It can be related to a problem with the connection to your Internet service.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products.
A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.   • Trust offers a warranty to the original purchaser from an authorized retailer.
  • Your Trust product is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year* from the date of original purchase, if purchased from an official retailer.
    • *In EU, there is a statutory minimum warranty period of 2 years on every product we sell.
  • In case of defect, return the product to your retailer with failure description, valid proof of purchase and all accessories.
  • During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available.
  • Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
  • Exclusions of warranty:
    • Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
