Illuminated sides

Solving problems
The microphone is not working on PS4.
- Check the Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Microphone level.
- Make sure the mute button is not activated on the earpiece of the headset.
If the problem persists on the PS4, test the headset on another device, such as a computer or laptop.
I get an error during installation.
